Hello!

I’d love to say I’m the Researcher of your dreams—kidding! People are too complex to make that assumption. That’s exactly why design research is so valuable including User Experience, Service Design, and Customer Experience.
 

I’ve spent the last several years as a preschool educator and in other roles that have strengthened my ability to understand both people and technology—two things that are constantly evolving. Change is the only constant, and I embrace it fully in my research approach.
 

I believe in being curious, communicative, and open in my pursuit of insights that help businesses create better experiences for their users (and for you, too!). I earned my Master’s in UX Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art, but my growth as a researcher has never stopped.
 

A Few Fun Facts About Me:

🎸 I’m a bassist in a cover band, and my favorite bassist (and birthday twin) is Motown legend James Jamerson!
🔭 I have a deep love for science—especially physics and astrophysics.
👗 Fashion and art have been a lifelong special interest of mine.
🌶️ I believe spicy food is the best food!
